"How true!" exclaimed Alice, still receiving glares. "So, Kairu, when's the dancing start?"

Kairu laughed. "WOOHOO!" she picked up a bottle. "I need to change!" She ran to her room, and when she returned she was wearing a bright yellow latex tank top with a biohazard sign, and black latex skinny jeans. Her hair was up in two short pigtails, with a yellow caution tape headband. She had elbow length bright yellow latex gloves and black fetish heels. Cat ears adorned her headband, and she wore a black ribbon with a ID tag and bell arounf her neck, just for lulz. "And who might be this fine lady?" Smith asked, walking in from outside. he wore his usual outfit- black T, black skinny jeans, but this time he wore mouse ears. "I'ma radioactive genetically modified cat!" Kairu said, pouncing on him. He fell over onto the couch.

"Whoa, lookin' good, Kairu!" exclaimed Alice. "Hey Smith! Like what you see?" she asked, indicating Kairu, smirking.

"He better!" She kissed him lightly, and as he tried to kiss her more, she jumped up and muttered a spell. All of the torches where extinguished, leaving pillars of light visible from the floor pads Kairu had set up earlier. She tapped her music player, and suddenly, the room was filled with Wa by lee jung hyun. "The dancing starts now!" She said, going to the makeshift dancefloor.

"YES!" cried Alice, running to join Paul on the dance floor. "Peter, c'mon! Dance with us!" Peter shook his head. Alice shrugged, and turned to Kairu to learn the glow-sticking spells.

Kairu taught Alice the spells, and then started to play around with the combination's of dance moves to glowsticking. "Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!" The music played. Kairu twirled with rays of blue flowing after her.

Alice, after dancing for a few minutes, went to get another glass of firewhiskey. "Anyone else up for dancing? Who all is here?"

"I'm here! I just have to change, and give paul his ears!" hazel said excitedly. She came back a little while later, scene style haircut fluffed and hairsprayed, and adorned with two little round black ears. Her eye makeup was dark, and she had on a white and black strapless polka dot top and a black and white tutu with black and white vertical striped tights, and a black patent leather bow around her neck. On her feet she sported patent leather mary jane platform heels, which made her about normal height for someone her age. the only colors in the outfit besides black and white were the three small bows in her hair in shades of hot pink, violet, fire engine red, and turquoise. paul's outfit was more simple- he merely had on dark jeans, black converses, a t-shirt, and some small rabbit ears that hazel had made him wear. thankfully he wasn;t the most feminine of guys, so the ears worked. He was glad he didn't have to wear a fluffy tail in back, he would have felt down right gay in that.

"Nice, Hazel!" exclaimed Alice from the couch, Peter glaring resolutely in the opposite direction. "Paul- You look amazing." she finished sarcastically. She got up, downing her firewhiskey. Her poofy and curly hair was now becoming a little less bouncy, and her makeup surrounding her blue eyes was running slightly. She held out her hand to Hazel. "Care to dance beautiful panda?" she giggled.

"We'll just say hazel dressed me.." paul said. Hazel poured herself a glass of firewhisky, took a sip, and set it on a table. "I would be honored, alice doll!" she laughed and followed alice to the dance floor, her wand glowing neon green.

"Care to join us Paul?" Alice giggled as she, Hazel, and Kairu danced. "Peter?" "He** no." "Okay... Paul?" she continued to dance, making sparks with her wand. "This party is kick a**!"

"sounds good to me..." paul moved towards the dance floor, giving peter a look as he did so. He didn't understand that guy's problem... "This party IS pretty kick a--!" hazel remarked as she danced. "Only, peter really should join in" she added. "There are ways to do that, you know..." paul hinted. "How?" "get him drunk, silly!" "noo, I don't think that's the best of ideas.." "well, it was worth a try..." paul finished.

"What? Get Peter drunk?" Alice asked while doing a funny kind of one-person waltz. "I don't think that would work- He holds his liqour pretty well." she said, finishing her dance. "Don't waste your time on him."

"oh, too bad." hazel said. "Well, we're better dancers anyway...but where did mah kairu go?"

"I'm here!" Kairu said from the floor. Sometime during the dance, she had sat down behind the couch. Now she was holding hands with smith, her head resting on his shoulder. They had their own, quite little realm in the room; nothing but the sound of breathing in and out, heartbeats racing faster then the brightest sky rockets. Kairu got up, Smith lingering for more time alone. His hand fell.

A bottle of firewhisky hung from Kairu's other hand, drained from sharing with her love. Grabbing another bottle, she changed the music to Aural Vampire ((

)). she then turned it up and raced excitedly to the dancefloor, wand glowing bright yellow and blue. Kairu began dancing again with Hazel and Alice. "This is great!" She said through the pounding bass.

Alice jumped up and down, waving her wand. Peter leftt the room, and went back to the common room. "A**," said Alice conversationally. "Hey, I'm hungry...."

Kairu ended her twirl on a crescendo. "my mom sent me some fruit tarts. I think they're in my dormitory." She smiled, looking through the wave of bodies to the Girl dormitory's entrance. "Comeon!" She said, grabbing Alice's hand. Kairu lead her to her room, the strong bass inaudible there, thanks to a spell.

"Fruit Tarts sound excellent!" said Alice, spinning and sprawling on a bed. "This is a great party!"

"I would hope so..." kairu laughed. She picked up some blue mass from underneath her bed. It looked like many boxes of something, all held together by plastic. "Pop-tarts..." she read holding a box up to the light. She itched her arm. "Well, no harm in trying!" She tossed a small silver package to Alice, grinning. "They're cherry flavored." She plopped down onto her bed, opening a package for herself.

"Ah, High Fructose Corn Syrup! SUSTAIN US!" she smiled, ripping open the packaging and biting into a pastry. "Ah, 'as be'r." she sighed with her mouth full. "So," she said after swallowing. "How're things with you and Smith?"

Kairu paused mid bite. She lowered the pastry, looking to the floor with a melancholy expression. "He..." She sighed, resting her head on her hand. "He's kind of acting like I'm going to leave him." She furrowed her brows, chomping on the fruit tart. She swallowed. "There's a look in your eyes, and it's screaming goodbye..." She sang unintentionally, starring off. "Oh! Umm, sorry about that uhhhh..." She blushed, waving her hands.

"That's odd...." replied Alice, looking at Kairu with concern. "Have you been hanging around anyone else? Has..." Alice paused, mulling over her words. "Has he?"

Kairu raised one brow, looking to the ceiling. "I'm not sure...." She said, and then hung her head. "The truth is that I haven't been exactly happy recently..." She shook her head, crumpling her pop-tart wrapper. "whatever." Just then, Smith came through the door. "Hey..." He said, walking over to Kairu. He seemed unaware of Alice. Smith sat down next to kairu, putting his arms arround her. "Hey smith!" She said, perplexed. I love you..." Smith said, kissing her. Kairu shoved him off and onto the bed with much more force then neccisary. "Too much firewhisky, I see?"

"Consider yourself lucky, Kairu. Peter has never kissed me..." she said getting off of the now crowded bed. "Please don't start the make-out corner act in front of me." she giggled, rumpling Smith and Kairu's hair.

"Heyyy!" Smith groaned, dragging himself over to hairu's latex covered leg. He hugged her again. Kairu tried to push him off, but knew it was a wasted effort. "Peter? He seems like-" she groaned, trying to pry off Smith's arms."- a real d-bag to me. He doesn't deserve you." Finally, Smith let go, falling to the floor.

"Reject'd, Smithy." Alice laughed. Alice shook her head. "It's kind of hard to end it. The more I try to corner him to tell him, he just avoids me more. I dunno what to do..."

"I don't know. Are you guys going to the yule ball together?" Kairu asked, walking over to her mirror. She re-touched her eyeliner as Smith stood up, swaying a bit.
