Danny and Raynee stood behind him hand in hand. "How's she doing?" Raynee asked, pulling away from Danny.

Smith sighed. "She's still asleep." He held up his own wrist. "I broke it, but these nurses and their wands..." Normally, he would have chuckled, but now all he did was blame himself for what happened. Kairu stirred in her sleep.

"I'm so sorry,"Raynee sighed. She looked at Kairu. "She'll be ok." Danny put a hand on Raynee's shoulder to comfort her, even though she was sad for her friend and Smith, not for herself.

Kairu jolted up suddenly. She looked aroud- and then saw Smith. "GET THE F*** AWAY FROM ME YOU BA***RD!" She lurched up, running down the wing out into the hall. Smith stared after her.

Raynee looked to them, and she sprinted off after Kairu. She put a hand on her shoulder to stop her. "Stop! Kairu, stop!" she yelled at her. She put one hand on each of her shoulder after turning her around so they could see each other. "What was that about?!" she demanded. She felt bad for talking to her like this.

Kairu wrenched her arm away, whiping around. "THAT B**TARD CHEATED ON ME! HE TOLD ME I WAS THE ONLY F***IN' ONE, BUT HE WHENT OFF DID THAT-" Kairu's voice cracked. "-"AND LEFT ME! I NEVER WANT TO SEE HIM AGAIN!" She finished, yelling at Raynee. Raynee didn't deserve this...

Raynee was frozen. "He...didn't cheat on you," she said. She wasn't sure of this, but Smith would never do that. She was completely confused and upset. Happy, cheery, lovable, optimistic Raynee was upset. "He didn't cheat on you," she repeated.

A tear rolled down kairu's cheak. "That bloody idiot most likely whent to the old bottle-o in hogsmeade..." She swollowed. "Cheated on me with my best friend." Her voice cracked at the end. "I...I can't deal with this..." Kairu didn't bother mention her mothers death as she bolted away.

Alice was skipping down the hall.((she's a misinformed idiot, yo.)) She heard footsteps, and turned in time to see Kairu running towards her in tears. "Kairu? Is that you? Uh... Are you- What a stupid question to ask. Gawd, is there anything I can do?" Alice asked, her expression was mortified. "What's happened?"

Raynee clenched her teeth, and she slid down against a walll, covering her face. She was so confused, and she hated it. She layed down on the floor, and she let a single tear roll down her cheek. She knew that was stupid, because Kairu had more to be upset about, but her friend was mad at her, she was confused, and she couldn't be happy. She couldn't find the happiness inside of her. There was an empty hole where she used to find her happiness.

Danny, meanwhile, turned to Smith. "What the h*ll did you do?" he asked him.

Alice grabbed Kairu's arms, holding her down to keep her from running. "Kairu? Kairu, what happened?" she asked. Her blue eyes stared into Kairu's green. Her expression tightened. "No. No, Smith wouldn't... No, it can't be? KAIRU, TELL ME THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED!?" she was nearly yelling. ((O.O wow for drama, yo)) Alice stared at Kairu, her ears flat. "Did he... But... With who? I thought... You were the one... For him?"

"I cheated on her with her best friend, Sophiana Tsuki. Ever heard of her? Then she whent around and cheated on me with Charlie, Sophiana's boyfriend and my best friend." He rolled his eyes, an empty shell behind them wher ehis emotions should be. "Then she leared that Susan- that's her mom- was killed by her other best friends boyfriend, Jeff. Last night she tried to kill herself, but I cought her." He said this too swiftly, as if every second there was a chance the sky would open and he would die.

"So did I..." Kairu whispered, running away again. She was headed for a certain tree...

Alice stood, her hands now empty. She had always had an uncanny ability to know things. Crushes. Similar things. Nothing else. But she hadn't expected her whim to be right. She got up stiffly. She turned her head. "KAIRU?! Kairu, WAIT!" she called, dashing down the hallway. 'What if she does something horrible?' she thought to herself, looking frantically all around the grounds.

Danny shook his head. "Why would you cheat on her? She'd find out! Especially with her best friend...Wow. Do you think at all. Rayn-" he turned around, but she wasn't there. He poked his head outside the room, and he saw her on the floor. "Oh my, god, Raynee!" he gasped.
"Hm?" she asked, looking up at him, her face red from trying not to cry. She stood up, and she hugged him. "Eh," she whined. "Sucks for me. I just got yelled at. Poor Kairu," she sighed. "I feel for her."
"So do I,"Danny said. He didn't mention what SMith had just told him.

Kairu reached the forbiden forest, racing through. She knew this tree, and as she slammed into it, she broke down crying. her hands traced the 'S' on there mark, a heart on the tree. 'S+K' Was etched into the bark. Kairu bat on her knees, bawling.

Alice stalked around the grounds, not having any luck finding her. "I swear, when I get a hold of Charlie, Sophiana, and Smith, I swear. I'll wring all their necks till they die. Especially Smith, that piece of s**t. Why do that? And Soph for complying. Charlie, too. None o' them are suffering." she mumbled. "Where is Smith? Does he even care where Kai is?!" Alice muttered, very agitated, and worried for Kairu.

Alice turned, her face contorted in rage. She grabbed Raynee's collar. "WHERE THE H*LL IS SMITH?!" she yelled, her teeth bared, and her ears twitching ominously. "I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE F**K KAIRU IS, AND SMITH DOESN'T SEEM TO GIVE A D**M!! WHERE IS HE?!"

Raynee was completely pale. So pale with fright, in fact, that if you looked closely enough, you could've seen her insides. "Uhm...hospital last I saw," she said. "Please release me. PRetty please? D**mit... You know, this kind of hurts," she said. She dared nit try to pull away from Alice.
